Reformer

Reformer

The most versatile apparatus, designed by J. H. Pilates, uses a sliding carriage, springs with different resistance, ropes, pulleys, footbar and box. It addresses every part of the body, from simple to complex movements. Exercising on Reformer provides all muscles, strength, tonicity, flexibility and coordination.

Tower

Tower & Mat Conversion

Many modern apparatus combine Reformer and Tower. The Tower is a vertical unit, added at the back of the Reformer, similar to the Cadillac apparatus without its entire frame iand ts trapeze part, adding a full mat, gathering all the springs and components at one side. This original machine, developed by J. H. Pilates provides a variety of dimensions and angles of resistance and a wide range for exercising at any level, from teaching the basic principles to the expertise.
